BITX, S.L. is a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registered with the Bank of Spain (registry D738), serving businesses and individuals. We exchange crypto-assets for funds and funds for crypto-assets on a direct, supervised, bilateral exchange.
BITX has applied to Spain’s National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) for authorization as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
BITX exchanges a broad range of leading crypto-assets, including Bitcoin, Ether and major stablecoins, against major fiat currencies.
The specific pairs, networks and limits available to each client are confirmed during onboarding.

A dedicated contact will guide you through identity verification (KYC) and, for corporate clients, business verification (KYB), together with the supporting documentation required before any exchange can take place.
Once an exchange is confirmed, the crypto-assets are delivered promptly to your wallet. Funds move over standard banking rails (SEPA, SEPA Instant, SWIFT, ACH and FPS) to and from BITX’s accounts, as part of the exchange. In most cases:
Timing depends on the currency, the banking rail and the completion of the applicable compliance checks.
Every client undergoes KYC/KYB and AML/CFT due diligence, including enhanced due diligence where the risk profile requires it. BITX applies a risk-based approach and may decline, condition or terminate any client relationship or transaction.

BITX provides the exchange of crypto-assets for funds and vice versa only, on a proprietary, non-custodial basis. Crypto-assets are not covered by investor-compensation or deposit-guarantee schemes, and their value can go down as well as up.
